At encampments throughout the country, anti-war and pro-Palestine student protestors have been violently arrested and detained. Some protestors have faced expulsion, eviction, and displacement.

Last week, a Madison Tenant Power member led a workshop at the UW-Madison Popular University of Gaza, in solidarity with students protesting UW-Madison’s financial investments in the war in Gaza.

Know your rights as a student tenant if you receive an eviction notice based on an arrest or conviction record, or a “nuisance violation” -- whether you live on campus or not.
